Our seeds are processed by conventional cleaning, sieving and drying techniques and are finished to a final moisture level of 8% and screened to 97% - 99% or higher seed count. They are 100% natural fruit seeds without any adjectives and naturally add texture, fiber, and fruit identity to your product.
